How Long Does The Course Last?
6 weeks. It starts on Tuesday the 28th of February.
Tuesday evening’s at 19:30 in the Roark Men’s Gym
R 850 per person for the entire 6 week course.
What Does It Include?
Each participant will receive a strength programme booklet that they can continue to use for all future training.
